Insurance coverage
Many people receive reimbursement for GlucaGen® HypoKit® from their insurance company. To find out if GlucaGen® HypoKit® is covered under your plan, call your insurance company, or call the Novo Nordisk Customer Care Center at 1-800-727-6500. Please have all your insurance information available when you call, including your managed care plan name and your specific group number.

Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Coverage
Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage is a benefit available through Medicare. If you’re enrolled in a Medicare Part D plan that includes GlucaGen® HypoKit®, a portion of the treatment’s cost may be covered. If you’d like to see if you’re eligible for Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program or call Medicare customer service at 1-800-633-4227.

Free Assistance for Patients Who Are Eligible
Making our products available to people who need but cannot afford them is part of the Novo Nordisk commitment to helping people with diabetes. If you meet the eligibility requirements you may receive GlucaGen® HypoKit® or other Novo Nordisk products free of charge.
